One screen for the whole business, a master agent that runs the day, and specialist agents underneath it. We're building it in the open, using it daily — and productising it for advice practices.
The Cockpit
The live Bax OS dashboard — NOVA at the core, specialist agents in orbit, the numbers that matter up top. This is the real interface, running.
Illustrative figures. Orbiting agents: Orion (sales), Penny, Client Comms, Marketing, Finance — coordinated by NOVA at the core.
The Idea
Penny and our workflow agents take admin out of the day-to-day — work in the business. Bax OS is the other half: giving a principal a live picture of the whole practice and a team of AI hands to act on it — work on the business. We're our own first customer, which keeps us honest: if a feature doesn't survive daily use here, it never reaches a client.
Clients, pipeline, tasks and upcoming commitments on a single screen — synced to the CRM and task systems underneath, with actions built in, not just charts.
Every morning it reads the calendar, CRM and task list, and delivers a brief on what actually needs attention — then coordinates the specialist agents that do the legwork.
A sales agent that chases the pipeline. A delivery agent that tracks client work. A comms agent that drafts every client touch for approval. Each one a template we can re-shape for a practice.
Under the Hood
NOVA coordinates a team of specialist agents on a 24/7 runtime, connected to the tools the business already runs — live today, in build, and planned.
Bax OS runs our own consulting business daily — dashboards live, daily briefs landing each morning, the sales agent chasing the pipeline before 9am. Every feature is battle-tested on real operations first.
The productised version for advice practices: your clients, your review calendar, your compliance obligations and your pipeline on one screen — with agents doing the chasing.
Build Log
Dated, honest updates as Bax OS grows. New entries land as sprints finish.
A standalone runtime is built so Bax OS no longer depends on a laptop being open — the master agent and its scheduled jobs now run around the clock. Sprint 2 of the cockpit is under way: every dashboard card expands into a full detail panel, with live task sync in place and CRM and accounting integrations next.
The sales agent comes online as the first specialist under the master agent — a daily pipeline chase each morning, structured call prep and debriefs, and a weekly pipeline review every Friday. Built deliberately as a reusable template: the same pattern re-shapes into a delivery agent, a comms agent, and beyond.
The operations agent gets a portable, written specification — identity, tools, safety rails and memory — and starts delivering a daily operations brief. The design principle is set here: agents draft, humans approve.
The first version of the Bax OS dashboard ships: clients, pipeline, tasks and events on one live screen. It immediately replaces the five-tabs-open morning routine, and becomes the surface everything else plugs into.
